This established neighborhood is located near the Chico Mall, Kohl's and more shopping! It borders Teichert Ponds, and has single story and two story homes. It is near restaurants, walking paths, and is popular for families! You will see basketball hoops, kids playing outside, and beautiful trees during the spring, summer and fall months.
